Delegate Sales Executive
This is a standout opportunity for a commercially driven Delegate Sales Executive to join a global leadership platform operating at the intersection of business, innovation, and social impact. The organisation brings together emerging leaders and senior decision-makers from around the world, creating meaningful connections that translate ambition into real-world outcomes.
The Delegate Sales Executive role sits within a charitable organisation with a clear social mission, but operates in a high-performing, professional sales environment. Every deal you close directly enables talented young professionals to access global networks, development, and opportunities to create impact.
This is a full 360° sales role with genuine autonomy. As Delegate Sales Executive, you will begin with a blank canvas, building your own pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach. The early focus is firmly on new business development, identifying and converting organisations into long-term partners.
Once secured, you will own those accounts end-to-end. You'll develop trusted relationships, grow delegation numbers year on year, and work towards multi-year agreements. Post-summit, you'll return to partners to renew and expand their involvement, banking sales against your targets once invoices are issued.
Alongside delegate sales, you'll have the opportunity to sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and value-in-kind partnerships linked to high-profile event elements such as stage sponsorships, ceremonies, dinners, and connectivity. All of this contributes to both your earnings and the organisation's wider impact.
You'll typically engage with senior stakeholders including Heads and Directors of Talent, Learning & Development, Early Careers, High Potential programmes, DEI, and Sustainability or Impact functions.
