Full-time or Part-time considered (between 3 – 5 days per week)
Circa £50,000 per annum pro rata

The Role
As
Head of
People & Culture, you will play a pivotal leadership role in designing and delivering their people strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and strengthens their values-driven, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the COO to design and implement the company's people strategy
Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and maintain frameworks and policies
Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent management strategies
Oversee budgets and resource allocation for People & Culture initiatives
Manage performance review processes, leadership development and succession planning
Foster a learning culture through training, mentoring and coaching programmes
Develop and manage compensation structures, benefits and reward programmes
Promote a positive, inclusive and values-driven culture where employees thrive
Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives and lifecycle documentation
Lead DEI strategy, embedding inclusivity across all HR practices
Anticipate People & Culture risks and manage organisational change effectively
Take responsibility for health, safety and well-being across the business

The Ideal Candidate
You will bring experience and confidence as a senior HR professional, with the ability to influence, inspire and drive cultural change across the business.
CIPD Level 7 qualified (or qualified by experience)
Strong background in senior HR, People & Culture or equivalent leadership role
Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
A trusted advisor with the ability to build effective relationships across the business
Innovative, curious and proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organised and detail-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
A confident communicator, collaborator and role model for cultural leadership
