This is a pivotal role for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of all site activities, ensuring that operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will lead a dedicated site team, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support theirmitment to Perfect Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuringpliance withpany policies, procedures, and quality standards.
2. Lead and motivate site personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
3. Manage subcontractor activities and direct labour to ensure programme and budget targets are met.
4. Maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards across the site.
5. Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries and issues.
7. Monitor and report on progress, performance, andpliance.
8. Support project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Deputise for the Project Manager at meetings and provide strategic input where required.

What you'll need to succeed:
10. Previous experience working on a similar scheme is essential.
11. CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
