As the Group Catering Manager you will need to be energetic, innovative, professional and strategically driven to properly plan for the business needs. You will need to have an organised approach towards work.This role will oversee 1 large site 4 days a week and oversee 3 smaller sites in the local area 1 day a week. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:Oversee all catering operations to meet contractual, financial, and service objectives.Build strong client relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and innovation.Manage budgets effectively, controlling labour, food, and operating costs to achieve profit targets.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing catering team with a focus on engagement, retention, and progression.Step into the kitchen to support the team during periods of annual leave, absence, or peak service demand.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, including HACCP and audit requirements.Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Who you are:A minimum of 2 years' experience multi-site catering management levelCulinary background essentialValid driving license and active driverExperience in driving a business forward building relationships with clientsDemonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&LPersonality behind every plateDine provides tailored food services to 140 clients in the business and industry sector.
