Salary
£65,000 per annum plus package

Role & Responsibilities
* Manage the site of a new build housing development circa 100 units
* Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
* Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered toConduct site reports for the contracts manager
* Lead site meetings when required
* Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks

Required Knowledge & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a number 1 housing site manager
* Experience on traditional build and timber frame preferred
* Full UK driving license.
* CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
* NVQ Level 6 preferred
