Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors
* Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality
* Maintain health & safety compliance on-site
* Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams
* Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
* Knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S standards
