Position Summary:
The main role of the Sales Executive is to grow our sales, by expanding our customer base of architects, property developers and construction professionals using cold outreach sales tactics and relationship building, plus follow up using CRM tools, and maintaining existing customer relationships..

Secondary to this we plan to launch bolt-on services to our offering which is an exciting area for the successful sales exec to upsell and generate a higher client value. These additional services include 360 virtual tours, Roof (Drone) surveys, Drainage surveys and more.

The commission structure is to be agreed and can be discussed at the Interview stage.

XP Surveys is a dynamic geospatial surveying company offering building measurement and topographical surveys to architects, homeowners and construction professionals.

We use the latest 3D laser scanning equipment and industry leading instant quoting process including a recently built AI powered project management tool and client portal to seamlessly onboard and retain our customers.

The company has grown dramatically since being established in 2019 and we're looking for an enthusiastic individual to help XP Surveys outreach and onboard new business. The team already consists of the two Founders, a business manager, business development manager, marketing assistant, a managing surveyor and three junior surveyors/technicians who deliver a minimum of 20 surveys monthly to our array of client base; architects, surveyors, contractors, home builders and homeowners.

Main Duties:
Outreach and Sales to potential new clients (architects, surveyors, designers, construction professionals) by way of email, phone and in-person meetings
Collaborating with the team to improve our social media and outbound marketing channels to attract new business
Coordinating and updating our customer databases via our CRM system
Attending physical and online networking events
Client management and building successful relationships to retain repeat customers
Weekly team meetings / growth strategy contribution

Essentials:
Must be able to drive and visit sites / client meetings / events as required. Company lease car can be provided.
Sales experience (preferably in the built environment, but not a necessity)

Discretion and trustworthiness
Ability to take on responsibility and make decisions
Strong communication & organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Technologically savvy with good working knowledge in Google Suite preferable
