Contract: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days from home). Salary: £30,000 base + performance-based bonus up to £45,000.
Farewill, part of the Dignity Group, is on a mission to make probate simpler, faster and more affordable while delivering a warm customer experience. We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to help deliver our Probate service and contribute to commercial goals while ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
The role
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to shape and define how we run and sell our Probate service. You will work toward commercial targets while prioritising a high-quality customer experience.
In this role you will
* Build rapport and trust with customers to make a stressful process as easy as possible.
* Learn how estates are handled when someone dies and assess customers’ estates.
* Guide customers through government probate requirements and explain what needs to happen and why.
* Explain our Probate service options so customers can choose the right solution based on estate complexity and needs.
* Meet weekly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on conversion rates and QA scores for inbound enquiries.
* Ensure smooth handovers to the Legal team.
* Collaborate cross-functionally toward company OKRs and monthly revenue targets, and assist with quarterly team presentations.
We are looking for
* Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in B2C, service-oriented sectors such as legal or financial services, or customer support.
* A track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and converting leads into customers.
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
* GCSEs A-C in English & Maths.
* Interest in legal processes; legal education or experience is a plus.
* Team player with honesty, collaboration and a commitment to excellent customer service.
