Role Description – Site Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager, initially offered on a subcontract basis with the potential to develop into a permanent position. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on active construction sites, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
* Coordinating site activities and logistics
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle
* Communicating with clients and reporting progress to senior management and the broader team
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience in project management and construction supervision
* Strong background in
rainscreen cladding and roofing systems
is essential
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
* Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management or a related field
* Must have CSCS Card
* Must have SSSTS or SMSTS
* Full UK driving licence required
* Immediate start available
