Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and grow our business-to-business sales channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building long-term strategic partnerships across retail, marketplace, and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Business Development
* Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy aligned with company growth targets
* Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale and trade customers
* Grow revenue across key accounts and retail/online platforms
* Drive product listings, Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
* Account Management
* Build strong relationships with major accounts (retailers and distributors)
* Conduct regular customer meetings and monitor sales performance
* Manage forecasts and customer sales planning
* Commercial & Operational Coordination
* Work closely with product, supply chain, and marketing teams
* Oversee smooth onboarding, quotations, contracts and pricing approvals
* Support stock planning and demand forecasting
* Market & Competitor Analysis
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Identify new product opportunities
* Provide regular sales performance reports
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or Sales preferred
* Proven experience in B2B sales (3-5+ years preferred)
* Experience working with retail chains, marketplaces, or wholesale customers
* Strong negotiation and commercial skills
* Ability to manage large accounts and develop new business
* Good understanding of margin, pricing, and profit calculations
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
