HR Manager - 12 Month FTC

Elevation HR are delighted to partnering with one of our Chesterfield Manufacturing clients to recruit a HR Manager for a 12 Month FTC.
This is a true generalist role which will include recruitment, coaching employee relations, policy development and talent development.
We are looking to speak to candidates with a full generalist HR capability who can bring energy, drive, creativity, positivity and strong stakeholder partnering capability to the business.
What you will bring:
Significant experience in generalist HR including recruitment, learning and development and employee relations
Experience of leading a HR function ideally within a manufacturing or engineering setting
Strong UK employment law knowledge
Excellent planning and organisation skills, attention to detail, judgement and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
Tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and integrity
Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of HR systems
CIPD qualified
The role also requires a strong communicator, influencing both internally and externally with the ability to demonstrate successful partnership capabilities.
