We are working with a well-established organisation seeking a motivated HR Admin Assistant to support a busy HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working as part of a supportive team.
The Role
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including:
* Managing the HR mailbox and responding to queries
* Preparing HR documentation (offer letters, probation letters, resignations)
* Supporting onboarding processes and employee inductions
* Conducting new employee check-ins
* Maintaining training records and filing documentation
* Assisting HR and payroll teams
* Providing reception cover when required
* Ensuring first aid boxes are maintained
* Supporting with general administrative duties as needed

* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Discretion and understanding of confidentiality
* Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
* Previous HR or administrative experience
* Experience with onboarding systems or HR platforms
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
