This is a standalone HR position where you’ll be the go-to expert for all things people-related in the London office. You’ll work closely with international HR teams to ensure seamless support across the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
You’ll be instrumental in aligning local HR practices with UK legislation and global standards, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary HR contact for London-based employees.
* Lead recruitment efforts, manage agency relationships, and negotiate contracts.
* Oversee onboarding, contracts, screening, probation, and exit processes.
* Collaborate with international HR teams on payroll, reporting, and compliance.
* Maintain sponsorship and visa processes for international hires.
* Organise team-building and social events to enhance employee engagement.
* Manage employee relations including grievances, disciplinary matters, and flexible working requests.
* Support performance reviews, training, development, and insurance matters.
* Provide guidance on expatriate secondments and cross-border HR issues.
* Drive ad-hoc HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar HR role or looking to step up into HR Manager role
* Proven HR experience in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Business-minded with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law, immigration, and income tax.
