HR Administrator Broughton, Chester - Hybrid after 4 weeks training (3 days onsite, 2 WFH) 12-Month Contract Rates: Negotiable (DOE) Certain Advantage are seeking a HR Administrator to join a global engineering client of ours in Chester, Broughton. Overview: Join a busy HR operations team supporting personnel admin and payroll activities across the business. This role requires hands-on experience in admin and data tasks—ideally in payroll or HR. Key Responsibilities:
* Process HR transactions in Workday & SAP (e.g. starters, leavers, job changes, personal data)
* Monitor data interfaces between systems
* Handle queries via phone/email
* Support payroll operations and HR process improvements
* Assist with system testing and continuous improvement
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong admin and data-handling experience, preferably in payroll
* Knowledge of Workday/SAP (preferred)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Able to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
* Proficient with Google Workspace tools
* Team player with a proactive mindset
