We are committed to ensuring all our young people develop as successful individuals, from the most vulnerable to our more able and talented learners, and recognise that for pupils to achieve their potential, their learning needs to be personalised to meet their individual needs. We also recognise that learning is more than academic achievement and should be centred on the development of the whole child, including their personal development.
