Job Description:
Hours: 37 hours per week / 40 weeks per year
We are looking for a PA to the Principal & HR administrator who will provide:
* A full administrative service to the Principal.
* Consistent, efficient and effective HR support.
* A confidential secretarial service to the School Leadership Team.
* Confidential and effective administrative support within the college.
This is a key post within the school which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach. It requires working closely with the Principal and being able to give the Principal's requirements first priority. The post therefore calls for the ability to work independently, exercise judgment and initiative. Remaining calm and controlled under pressure in a demanding and constantly changing environment is essential.
Key responsibilities:
To provide extensive support for the Principal and the school’s Senior Leadership Team through:
* Understanding the needs of the school, management, and community in decision making and prioritization.
* Representing the school and management in interactions with the wider community.
* Ensuring high standards of administrative and management support for the Principal to facilitate smooth school operations.
* Prioritizing, organizing, and managing the Principal’s workload.
* Assisting in producing major school documentation to set operational standards and good practices.
* Collaborating with the Employee Services team to provide effective HR support.
