About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with a proven track record in Civils, Demolition, and New Build projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
2. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
3. Monitor project progress, quality standards, and cost control.
4. Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
5. Implement site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements
6. Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in construction.
7. Strong background in Civils, Demolition, and New Build projects.
8. Excellent knowledge of H&S regulations and site management best practices.
9. Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
10. Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
