As part of ourdynamic, child-focused team, youll play a vital role in supporting and supervising family time between children and their birth families both in our centres and out in the community. This is arewarding, hands-on rolewhere every day youll be helping to build safer, more positive family connections.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Coordinating and supervising family contact sessions in a safe, supportive environment
2. Observing and recording sessions with accuracy and professionalism
3. Liaising with social workers and escalating any safeguarding concerns promptly
4. Transporting and escorting children and young people to and from contact sessions
