Key Responsibilities: Working one-to-one and in small groups with students who need additional support. Helping students improve attendance, motivation, and engagement in learning. Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted role model. Supporting students in overcoming challenges both inside and outside the classroom. Collaborating with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies to provide tailored interventions. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with young people in an educational, youth work, or mentoring capacity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
