The Opportunity

Due to incredible growth over the last 12 months, we need an enthusiastic Sales Executive to sell within the Middle Eastern market (UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, etc). In this B2B sales role you will generate leads, communicate through multiple channels, continuously update our CRM database, and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service and client retention. Previous sales experience is essential; excellent Arabic language skills are highly desirable.


Responsibilities

* Proactively initiate outbound phone calls to leads in our CRM database to create sales opportunities.
* Respond promptly to all inbound customer enquiries from web, phone, email, and chat, providing excellent service and solving problems.
* Prepare and send quotes in a timely manner.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow‑up calls.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.


Requirements

* Confident communicator by phone and email.
* Accurately multitask in a pressured environment.
* Computer literate with sales experience preferred.
* Willingness to adapt and collaborate in pursuit of our mission to make manufacturing possible.
* Fluency in Arabic highly desirable.
* Experience working within the Middle Eastern market highly desirable.


Salary & Benefits

* £30,000 basic salary, with first‑year target earnings up to £45,000.
* Uncapped commission.
