Responsibilities as our Trainee Sales Executive:
* Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue clients through targeted sales outreach.
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
* Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and effectively close deals.
* Brand Development: Increase brand awareness by delivering our clients' missions in alignment with company values.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
* Full-Time: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
* Part-Time: 9 AM - 5 PM, minimum of 3 days per week
* Optional Saturday shifts available
Base Salary + 100% Uncapped Commission
Note: We currently do not accept candidates holding a student visa or applying for post-graduate summer roles.
