Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Sleaford
Project: New Build Care Home
Rate: £260 - £325 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project project in Sleaford, this will be working on a new build project for a Main Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
* Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
* Managing snagging lists and quality control
* Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
* Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
* Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
2. Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
