Denman Sales Executive Internal and External Location: DenmanInternationalLtd,Bangor(office-basedrole) Department: Sales Report to: CommercialSalesManager Weekly paid hours: 35hours Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 08:30am-1:30pm. Denman is a global leader in haircare manufacturing and distribution, specialising in hairbrushes and styling tools. For over 85 years we have helped stylists, barbers, and consumers to create styles that have transformed the industry. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will help us drive the business further. About the Role The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong business-to-business relationships, while consistently delivering against commercial targets. You will be comfortable working in a results driven environment and confident engaging with customers and partners across international markets. Duties & Responsibilities Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithexistingcustomerstodriverepeat business and account growth AchieveagreedsalestargetsandKPIsacrossassignedterritoriesandaccounts Managecustomeraccounts,includingpricing,promotions,productlaunches,and range reviews Presentproductsandsolutionstocustomers,clearlycommunicatingfeatures, benefits, and brand value Supportnewproductintroductionsandpromotionalactivity,workingcloselywith marketing and product teams Maintainaccuratecustomerrecords,salesdata,andforecastsusingcompany CRM and reporting systems Monitormarkettrends,competitoractivity,andcustomerfeedback,providing insights to the wider commercial team Attendeventsandindustrynetworkingopportunitiesasrequired Handlecustomerenquiriesandresolveissuesprofessionallytoensurehigh levels of customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance to deliver commercial results Travelasrequiredtosupportcustomersandbusinessdevelopmentactivity Key Skills & Attributes To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Strongrelationship-buildingandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytoinfluenceand problem-solve effectively Aproactive,target-drivenmindsetwithaclearfocusoncommercialoutcomes Excellentorganisationandattentiontodetail,ensuringaccuracyacrossall aspects of the role Theabilitytoprioritiseeffectivelyandworktotightdeadlinesinafast-paced environment Acollaborativeapproach,contributingpositivelyaspartofawidersalesteam Essential Criteria Aminimumofoneyearsprovensalesexperience StrongITcapability,withadvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftapplications Afull,validdrivinglicence Willingnessandflexibilitytotravelasrequired Benefits Flexitimepolicy Fullin-housetraining RewardGatewaydiscountscheme.
