We’re a large team that look after a large business remit hiring and onboarding teams within Customer Operations, Financial Crime, Fraud and Disputes. We hire those on the Customer Service front line, their support teams and Senior Leaders.
Responsibilities
* You’ll be predominately hiring large volumes of candidates for Customer Operations positions across our Core Services (Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth & QA).
* You’ll spend a lot of your time screening CVs, reviewing answers to application questions, completing video interviews with candidates and scheduling interviews.
* You’ll be proactive and creative at finding great talent for Monzo and you might do this by proactively sourcing on LinkedIn, driving our referral scheme, connecting and working with other companies that have announced redundancies or adapting our attraction plan.
* You’ll be required to provide helpful, developmental feedback to both internal and external candidates.
* You’ll build lasting relationships with Hiring Managers and support with facilitating creative hiring strategies.
* You’ll work with Hiring Managers, Workforce Planning, Training and Onboarding to define hiring plans and agree onboarding dates.
* You’ll care deeply about diversity and inclusiveness, and giving all candidates an amazing experience.
* You’ll be data-driven, comfortable reporting back on your campaigns success and presenting back insights to the Operations management teams.

* You have previous experience in a Recruiter role recruiting at high volume.
* You’re experienced at interviewing and assessing candidates.
* You can tell whether somebody has the skills we’re looking for, without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.
* You love rolling your sleeves up and working with lots of autonomy - work well to deadlines and targets.
* You want to create a world class interviewing and onboarding experience
