Are you a hands:on HR professional who thrives in the high:energy atmosphere of a fast:paced production environment? We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead a site:based team for a leading food manufacturer.
This is a visible, generalist role where you will hit the ground running, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive best practices and manage the full employee lifecycle.

You will be over seeing a small team of HR professionals, reporting to the HR Director and be ontop of everythingfrom ER through to implementing policy and procedure.
Key Responsibilities
* Employee Relations: Lead on complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management while ensuring full compliance with UK employment law.
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small, dedicated HR team.
* Operational Partnering: Coach and mentor line / floor managers to enhance their people management capabilities and shop:floor visibility.
* Change Management: Play a pivotal role in organisational change, including workforce planning and site transformation initiatives.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in HR policies, processes, and systems
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven Background: Significant HR experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a blue:collar environment is essential.
* ER Specialist: Experience in managing complex employee relations.
* Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring team members.
* Mindset: A positive, energetic approach with the ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Qualification: CIPD Level 5 or above
