About The Role
Help us find our future leaders. We are seeking a recruiter to support our services in Wales.
Can be based in either Llanelli or Ystrad Mynach
Full time: 40 hours per week
Some travel will be required
We have a large presence in South East and West Wales providing support to adults with learning disabilities. Our recruiter will support our services by understanding local markets and the best ways to recruit in the area. Role includes:
* Managing recruitment needs through the recruitment system and working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and service-specific requirements
* Using various methods to attract applications, including job boards, social media campaigns, local community events and groups, and other recruitment activities
* Being a brand champion and promoting our opportunities with enthusiasm while ensuring candidates are aware of key expectations
* Responding to incoming recruitment enquiries via telephone and email within tight timescales
* Ensuring a positive and inclusive recruitment experience for all candidates
* Working to achieve weekly interview targets and KPIs
* Collating and updating recruitment data for accurate reporting
* Continuously driving recruitment across the business
* Acting as a liaison for community groups and attending events such as careers fairs and job centre visits to support local engagement
* Managing administration responsibilities related to recruitment to ensure timely start dates
* Providing ad-hoc support to hiring managers when required
About you
You will have previous experience in recruitment, ideally within social care, and have the drive to find candidates who meet the role requirements. You should be creative and enjoy visiting locations to promote working for Swanton and within social care.
