You'll work closely with the head chef in planning, organising and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents. Ensure all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time.
Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcare's Health and Safety procedures are implemented.
Previous experience in a catering environment and excellent catering skills are essential.
Available to work various hours between 6am - 6pm, some weekends but no evenings or split shifts.
Willingness to undergo further training and development and attain relevant qualifications and specialised experience where required.
