We are now seeking a HR Manager to join our leadership team. This pivotal role will shape and drive our people strategy across all regions, ensuring we have the culture, capabilities, and engagement needed to achieve our growth and operational goals. This is a global leadership role with a particular focus on navigating UK and US employment laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all people functions globally, either directly or through management of a team, including talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, total rewards, and employee relations.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives and regional employment requirements.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and payroll regulations in the UK, US, and other operating regions.
* Partner with the leadership team on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management across global locations.
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company's values.
* Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Maintain accurate HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Implement robust performance review processes, ensuring clear feedback and development pathways.
* Support managers in addressing performance issues and promoting accountability.
* Lead HR aspects of organisational change, such as restructures or process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
* Champion DEI initiatives to build a diverse workforce and promote equal opportunities.
* Collaborate with operations to uphold workplace safety standards and employee well-being initiatives.
* Carry out any other duties as required in line with business needs.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a HR leadership role, looking to take a step toward a more strategic level
* Strong track record of developing and delivering people strategies that support business growth.
* In-depth knowledge of
UK and US employment law, payroll, and HR best practices.
* Experience in leading teams across all HR disciplines, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (ideally BambooHR) and payroll systems (ideally ADP).
* Strong business acumen and ability to align people initiatives with commercial objectives.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
* Demonstrated success in driving cultural change, employee engagement, and performance.
* A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, pragmatic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
