Location: Bath Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Salary - £71k to £85k+ 10% Bonus, combined contribution of 20% pension, Health care, Life Insurance

What you’ll do
As a Data Architect, you’ll provide technical leadership for data solutions across Azure and cloud ecosystems. You’ll design and implement scalable data architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps frameworks to enable AI/ML capabilities and advanced analytics. This is a hands-on role you’ll code, mentor, and guide engineering teams while driving best practices in data governance, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms on Azure
* Implement CI/CD and automation for data pipelines and ML workflows
* Design solutions leveraging Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and AI/ML tools
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategy with business goals
* Coach and mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence
What you’ll need
* Proven experience as a Data Architect or Technical Lead in enterprise settings
* Strong Azure expertise (Data Services, Data Factory, Synapse, AzureML)
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps
* Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
* Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of data governance and security
* IoT experience is a nice to have
