Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Sales Executive based in Westfield - White City. The Luxury Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and delivering a premium shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers, offering expert advice on our product ranges, achieving sales targets, managing stock, and maintaining a visually appealing showroom. This role requires a commitment to embodying the values of the UNTAMD brand while driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in luxury retail sales, customer engagement, and client relationship management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide tailored customer experiences
* Knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and care, with a focus on sterling silver and gold-plated items
* Sales proficiency, including achieving targets and upselling opportunities
* Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain the showroom
* A passion for fashion, design, or luxury goods is an advantage
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required
