HR Manager / Sheffield / Part Time / Office Based
NC Associates are partnering with an SME based in Sheffield to recruit a HR Manager to lead and streamline their HR processes.
Remuneration:
* Salary – highly competitive
* Working hours: 3 set weekdays per week, 8.30am – 5pm (includes a paid 45 minute lunch break) or we would consider and alternative part-time working pattern such as shorter hours across fewer days

About the Role
A growing organisation is seeking a proactive HR professional to support and enhance its HR function. Reporting to senior management, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
This role covers a wide range of HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. It also involves supporting managers with HR guidance and contributing to a values-led working environment. This is an office-based position.
