Site Manager - Woodbridge Summary INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE We’re looking for a Site Manager to join us at Sutton Hoo to take care of the daily operations here over the busy Summer months and support the team across property. You'll work Monday - Friday. What it's like to work here Reporting to the Property Operations Manager you'll join a team of around 50. Sutton Hoo has approx 150,000 visitors per year. This year the property will be a Tier 1 Summer of Play destination which will result in a larger than normal uplift of family visitors over the Summer holidays. In addition to this, the standard offer will continue, and we will also have our outdoor Theatre in the Forest experience running in the evenings. What you'll be doing Day to day, you’ll be responsible for planning and running the on-site operations here. You’ll work closely with the Property Operations Manager and others in the operations team. You'll be overseeing the day to day safe running of the site including managing a large volunteer team who support us in all areas of the property, as well as managing rotas and ensuring all areas are fully staffed. You'll also be managing carparks, guided tours and group bookings, helping across site wherever needed. You'll be part of the duty management rota where you'll be responsible for managing fire and security alarm alerts and hold the keys to all main buildings.
