Job Title: Sales Executive (temp)
Location: Horsham
Salary: £13.46ph
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to grow accounts
2. Generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads
3. Promote and sell agricultural products, equipment, or services to meet or exceed sales targets
4. Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients to support informed purchasing decisions
5. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports for management
6. Attend trade shows, agricultural events, and client meetings as required
7. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Skills & Experience
9. Proven experience in sales, preferably within agriculture, farming, or related industries
10. Strong understanding of agricultural practices, products, or machinery (desirable)
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
12. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
13. Ability to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required
14. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
15. Must be able to drive
