Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We’re recruiting for an HR Officer to join our Leicester-based team as part of a job share arrangement. You’ll work Wednesday to Friday in a hands-on HR support role that covers a wide range of day-to-day HR tasks.

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for delivering key HR administrative and operational support across the business. From managing employee records to assisting with employee relations, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our HR function running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and changes
* Maintain HR records and systems with accuracy and confidentiality
* Assist with employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes
* Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees
* Liaise with payroll and ensure timely updates to employee data
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous hands-on experience in an HR role is essential
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
* Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* No formal HR qualifications are required, just proven experience
