Overview
InFrame project Leadership Developer. Vacancy Reference: 194713. Salary: UofG Grade 7, £41,064 - £46,049 per annum. This post is full time (35 hours p/w) and fixed term to 31 August 2026.
The University of Glasgow invites an experienced development professional to deliver the Leadership Developer role within the InFrame (Inclusive Framework for Research Leadership) project. This is a cross-university partnership with the Universities of Edinburgh and St Andrews, funded by Wellcome, to foster a positive research culture across partner universities. This is an opportunity to share best practice in research culture enhancement for a sector level approach.
Housed within the Research Culture & Researcher Development portfolio, the post-holder will work with the InFrame Project Manager and Leadership Developer at Glasgow, Research Culture Leads, Research Culture communities and networks, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of the InFrame Toolkit. They will influence the strategic direction of the Leadership Development toolkit and be responsible for operational delivery.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the InFrame Project Manager and Glasgow Leadership Developer; work with Research Culture Leads, communities, networks and project stakeholders across three universities to coordinate the InFrame Toolkit.
* Influence the strategic direction of the Leadership Development toolkit and manage operational delivery.
* Support each partner university’s ambitions to foster a positive research culture as part of the multi-partner change project.
* Share best practices in research culture development and contribute to sector-wide approaches.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a development professional with leadership development responsibilities.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple universities and stakeholders within a large-scale change project.
* Strong coordination, influencing, and delivery capabilities to support project objectives.
