Job description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through contacting our existing customers to up-sell a number of exciting services we are rolling out in 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our fully modernised Knaresborough office. In this role you will:
Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to introduce our valued added products/services and generate sales opportunities
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
Required profile: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. You can demonstrate what success looks like in an Inside Sales environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High levels of resilience, the ability to handle objections
The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
