Position: Senior Sales Executive
Department: Commercial Team - B2B Media & Events
Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, Mon/Weds anchor days + 1 flexible day)
Salary: £35,000 base + up to £15,000 commission + annual bonus (12.5% of salary)
Additional perks: Monthly sales commission, events commission, summer Fridays (finish at 12pm), generous benefits package

The Role
We're looking for a motivated and results-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our friendly, high-energy commercial team. You'll be working with existing clients while also introducing new organisations to our multi-platform advertising, content marketing, and events portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and being part of a team that celebrates shared success.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve team and personal targets
Nurture relationships with existing clients while also finding and connecting with new ones
Sell digital advertising, content marketing, and event sponsorship opportunities
Manage the sales process from first conversation through to ongoing client care
Gain a deep understanding of our products, services, and the audiences we reach
Work closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver brilliant client outcomes
Share accurate forecasts and updates with the Head of SalesWhat We're Looking For
3-5 years' experience in a similar sales role (media sales helpful, but not essential)
Confident in new business development and account management
Able to offer a range of solutions including digital, creative, content, and events
Excellent communication and listening skills
Comfortable presenting ideas and working towards targets
