Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team in the print and printed packaging industry. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a strong interest in printed solutions, who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting client relationships, using HubSpot CRM to manage the entire sales funnel efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Management
* Use HubSpot to identify, qualify, and manage sales leads.
* Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities.
* Segment and prioritize leads based on business potential and readiness to buy.
* Sales Support & Client Engagement
* Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
* Follow up on warm leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Market & Product Knowledge
* Develop a solid understanding of our print and packaging products, production processes, and capabilities.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
* Reporting & Forecasting
* Track sales activity and performance using HubSpot dashboards and reports.
* Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager on pipeline status and progress.
Experience
* 1–2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (B2B preferred); fresh graduates with strong sales potential will also be considered.
* Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge or interest in the print or packaging industry is a plus.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
