Position Details

* Contract: Fixed term (6 months) with potential extension
* Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 per annum, plus 12% pension benefit
* Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata in year 1, increasing to 28 days

Role Overview
We seek an experienced HR Officer to provide effective, compliant HR services and support strategic HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your organizational and interpersonal skills to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support operational HR functions across a global workforce
2. Manage administration of the employer of record (EoR) online platform for outposted employees
3. Provide guidance on policies and procedures to staff and managers
4. Assist in reviewing and communicating policies
5. Support or lead HR projects and initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively
* Excellent communication skills, including policy writing
* Interest in conservation, nature, or charity sector work
