In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of complex administrative tasks and projects with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. From coordinating schedules and preparing detailed reports, to organising meetings, events, and providing project management support, you will be trusted to handle matters of strategic importance with care and precision. You will be the first point of contact for the Principal and CEO, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders, governors, external partners, and visitors. As such, you will be a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships and represent the school with warmth and professionalism. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally well-organised, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, advanced IT skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. Experience in a similar role is essential.
