Key Responsibilities:
* Completing snagging lists for new build housing and apartment projects
* Performing finishing tasks such as carpentry, plastering, painting, and general maintenance
* Identifying and resolving any defects or issues in new builds
* Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and specifications
