Overseeing the installation of my clients decorative cladding on new-build residential developments across the South of England. The role will also involve on-site training and tool-box talks. Package: circa £45k basic with a 20% bonus scheme (paid quarterly), hybrid company car, 24 days holiday, pension, iPhone and laptop Location: Centrally based around the Thames Valley, South Central & South East region The Role – Site Manager: * A technical site management role overseeing the installation of fibre cement decorative cladding * Predominately working on residential new-build developments with national house builders and larger regional developers * Providing technical support, carrying out pre-start meetings, detailing and checking of drawings * Delivering toolbox talks and installation training, on-site and at the company's training facility * Carry out regular on-site install audit and report back to developer's head office * Investigate product and installation failures The Successful Applicant - Site Manager: * Firstly and most importantly you will have experience working on-site in the construction industry,overseeing and managing installations * You are likely to be an Assistant Site Manager looking for progression and something different * Applicants with cladding and carpentry knowledge will be readily received, but this is not essential * You will have strong communication skills with the ability to cooperate well with others to effectively coordinate activities Our Client: * A leading and long established manufacturer of cladding and façade building materials * A £b global player within the construction industry, operating across all continents * A company that promotes from within Apply Now!
