Morson are partnering with a fantastic business north of Hull who are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a fixed term contract approx. 9 – 12 months to cover maternity. This can be a full or part time role offering a salary of £25,000 FTE. You will work from the office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. The purpose of the role is to support the HR team with all administrative duties. The Role: Support the HR Advisor with day-to-day activity surrounding recruitment, ER and admin Manage any Exit Interviews Management of the HR database ensuring all information is up to date and compliant Process any new starters and leavers Support on employee inductions Ownership of all employee checks including references, new starter packs, right to work and DBS checks Manage the probation tracker Support with any HR projects such as employee recognition and engagement activities Note-take in any Employee Relations meetings Support on any payroll processing as required Requirements: Experience of working as a HR Administrator within a busy business CIPD Level 3 qualified or relevant experience Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Good relationship building skills with managers at all levels Good data management skills The Package: 9 – 12 month FTC Full-time or part-time £25,000 FTE Pension: 3% employer, 5% employee 3x Life Assurance 25 days AL + BHs pro rata 4 days in...
