Salary: £27,000-£30,000 basic salary DOE. OTE £40,000, Uncapped commission structure (Top Performer £50k+)

The Role
Our Outbound Sales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. Your role will involve generating leads through outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with small business company owners. Your knack for building relationships and fostering rapport will shine as you discuss the possibility of selling their business.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
* Work from our comprehensive in‑house CRM system.
* Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further.
* Deliver top‑notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience of working in a sales / target‑driven environment would be beneficial, but not essential. We will give you all the training you need to get you up to speed!
