Are you a proactive, organised, and people-focused professional looking for a multi-faceted role in a dynamic and supportive company? We're recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking organisation for a talented Office Manager / EA / HR Administrator. This is a rare opportunity to take on a varied role that sits at the heart of the business—supporting leadership, streamlining operations, and ensuring a vibrant, well-managed office environment.
The Job
This hybrid London-based role sits within the COO’s office and spans three key responsibilities:
1. HR Administration & Support – You'll help manage and evolve the HR processes for a team of 80–100, ensuring everything from contracts and policies to compliance and payroll is smooth and well-organised.
2. Office Management – Be the go-to person for the London office, supporting 38 on-site staff by keeping everything running efficiently and professionally.
3. Executive Assistant Support – Work directly with the COO on internal communications, strategic initiatives, and company events, while playing an active role in the social committee.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a role where no two days are the same—balancing structure, people, and process in equal measure.
