Typically, this person will provide comprehensive HR administrative support to the business, ensuring accurate employee records, efficient HR processes, and full compliance with employment legislation and company policy.

Duties and responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
1. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
2. Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and employee records in line with GDPR requirements.
3. Prepare HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, induction packs, and change letters.
4. Support recruitment processes - advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
