As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting their global objectives and ensuring the smooth running of their UK HR operation. They are a small team in London and have a headcount of 20 people, so are keen to have a candidate with SME experience in a stand-alone role.

Job Responsibilities :
As an Interim HR Manager, you will be responsible for :
1. Maintaining and updating HR processes, policies, and contract templates.
2. Recruitment and onboarding/offboarding new employees.
3. Providing HR support to managers and employees.
4. Managing compensation and benefits.
5. Handling payroll and HR administration tasks.
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Supporting global HR projects.
Qualifications and Experience :
8. Degree in HR-related subjects
9. CIPD qualified preferred
10. Professional financial services HR experience is ideal
11. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
12. Experience working in a multinational, regulated environment
