About you
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA) with a minimum of 3 years PQE
* Proven experience in finance operations and financial control
* Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and delivering results
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
What youll do
* Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
* Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Oversee financial controls, systems, and process improvements
* Support audit processes and the production of statutory financial statements
* Manage cash flow and produce forecasting models
* Provide financial insights, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective financial support and challenge
