The Vacancy We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented HR Manager. In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across our corporate functions including Accounting, IT, Marketing, and other teams providing strategic and operational HR support while ensuring consistent application of HR policies across the UK and Europe. You will play a key role in shaping people practices, supporting leadership development, and driving employee engagement across a dynamic, multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner to C-Suite executives and leaders across corporate functions. Provide advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and team development. Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for corporate functions. Maintain compliance with UK employment law and provide guidance on HR practices across Europe, including engagement with unions and works councils. Contribute to global HR initiatives and support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Experience, Skills & Qualifications CIPD Level 5 or above. Strong experience in UK employment law and HR operations. Exposure to HR practices across Europe, including collaboration with unions and works councils. Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders, including C-Suite executives. Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones. Experience managing complex employee relations matters. Background in multinational or matrixed environments preferred. Highly organized, discreet, and able to navigate ambiguity. Collaborative and comfortable working with remote, international colleagues.
