Job Description:
This role supports the smooth and efficient running of the department and manages the administration related to colleagues.
* Champion the Champneys culture, ensuring all colleagues are aware of the brand principles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the employee lifecycle aligns with core values.
* Support the Aspirational Managers programme, including recruitment and coordination.
* Handle administration for new starters, transfers, promotions, leavers, and probations.
* Manage new starter documentation, compliance, and communication with candidates.
* Complete reference checks and upload documents to HR and Payroll systems.
* Maintain personal files in line with GDPR regulations.
Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Ability to learn new HR/Payroll systems.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Approachable attitude to enhance employee engagement.
* Awareness of confidentiality and information security responsibilities.
As an apprentice, you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration course over approximately 15 months, including an endpoint assessment. The course covers topics such as organizational purpose, IT skills, document management, decision-making, planning, interpersonal skills, business fundamentals, and regulations.
